Majority of Jewish Americans Still Approve of Obama

Is liberalism a new religion for American Jews and the Jewish state and fate of almost one half world Jewry is secondary and distantly so? The numbers are in sharp contrast to Obama approval by Israelis and, dare we say, common sense: he is the least pro-Israel (if not outright anti-Israel) president since Israel's establishment, beating Carter (at least during the time of his presidency) .
On the other hand the long term trend seems to be heading south. There is a good chance that Obama will beat Carter's 1980 record when Jews gave him 60% of their votes - the lowest in recent history.
