July 4 (Bloomberg) -- Israel signed a cooperation agreement with China's top economic planning agency as companies such as Bank Hapoalim Ltd. and Nice Systems Ltd. seek to expand business in the world's fastest-growing major economy.
The agreement will 'raise Israel's profile among the decision-makers and those who are in key positions in the competitive and difficult trade with China,' Eliran Elimelech, Israel's commercial attaché in Beijing, said in an e-mailed statement. Read more
